Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to register to place an alumni profile?

A: Yes, this way you can update your information as needed. However, if you do not feel comfortable about doing this, you can email me and I can create you an account and post your information

Q: Do I have to register for the alumni Forums?

A: Yes and No, yes if you want to have a user name with contact information etc No if you only want to “Guest Post” If you Guest Post though, your IP address will be visible for other users.

Q: How do I upload pictures to the photo gallery?

A: Go to the desired Album that you wish to upload pictures to, and click on the link near the top that says “Add Photo”. A pop up box will then appear, and you will select files from your computer that you wish to upload. The Gallery will then upload, create thumbnails and place directly into the album. For the caption of your photo, just name the photo that you want as a caption, and it will post it with that caption. HINT: You can upload an entire zip file full of pictures with one easy upload.

Q: What do you do with the information such as email addresses, phone numbers etc.

A: Absoutly nothing. User information is strictly private and confidential. I only use it to contact the person if need be. You can read more about this in the AvianoSaints privacy statement.

Q: There is a feature that I would like on this website. Can you add it.

A: Yes, any feature request will be looked at, and more than likely added if requested. If you have a Question, and it is not posted here, please contact me
